Fresher Induction Session

It is a one of its kind program where we start with Psychometric Test to Goal Setting, SWOT analysis to Communication skills which guides a student through his/her transition from school to college or from under-graduation topost- graduation.

Workshop on Language & Communication Skills

The main objective of this module is to make the trainee feel comfortable understanding, thinking and speaking in English. Having undergone the training, the candidate will feel confident about his or her own English speaking skills. This module has been designed keeping in mind the basic need of non native speakers of English Language.

Personality Development Program

The first module helps the participants to know the basics of presentations skills along with knowledge of body language so that they can deliver their presentations with professionalism and impact. Additionally, the program also focuses on effective time management techniques and some powerful tips on handling stress well in life. The program finally ends with a discussion on the leadership style that each participant has and how he/she can use this awareness to enhance his/her leadership skill in life.
